All orders are prepared and shipped within our production window of 7–10 business days from the date of purchase, not including weekends. After being shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

You may return non-personalized new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping expenses. You will have to pay the return shipping costs if the return is NOT a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
